Brief:
Three craft beer enthusiasts, with a background in homebrewing, are opening a brewpub that celebrates their passion for artisanal blends using local ingredients. The objective is to create a welcoming atmosphere that highlights the artistry of brewing. As such, the microbrewery forms a central feature of the pub and must be visible to patrons. In addition, the space requirements include a bar, a fast-food style restaurant, a kitchen and ablution facilities. Deliverables include designing a distinctive brand identity, the microbrewery layout, interior design concepts, menu design and craft beer bottle labels. The goal is to establish a brewpub that not only produces unique and flavourful beers but also provides an immersive and visually cohesive experience for patrons.
